Lisdexamfetamine 30mg Oral Capsule Taken ~10:00am BP(SYS mmHg/DIA mmHg) / HR bpm 134/81/66 132/76/64
HRT Changes: dose 2 of Androcur (cyproterone acetate 12.5mg/50mg cut 4) changed to morning dose 1 of Progynova (estradiol valerate) 2 X 2mg (4mg) at night (~8pm) / 2 X 2mg (4mg) in morning (10am)
Diary: Unknown what is attributable to ADHD Meds, but noticed higher energy and concentration. Did simple tasks including paperwork, this entry, shopping.
~3pm Energy dropped off. Noticeable brain fog / head hurt slightly.
No noticeable difference to memory issues -> loss of thought / forgetting task if distracted momentarily
